Terms of Service

1. Acceptance

By creating a CryptoX account or using the service you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

2. The Service

CryptoX provides cryptocurrency price tracking, watchlists, price alerts, AI-generated trade signals, and portfolio tracking. Market data is sourced from third parties (e.g. CoinGecko) and may be delayed, incomplete, or inaccurate.

3. Not Financial Advice

CryptoX is informational only and is not financial, investment, tax, or legal advice. AI signals are algorithmic outputs, not recommendations. You are solely responsible for your trading decisions and bear all risk of loss. Cryptocurrency is highly volatile; you can lose all of your money.

4. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into contracts. You must not use the service where prohibited by law.

5. Accounts

You are responsible for safeguarding your credentials and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorised use.

6. Subscriptions and Billing

• Paid plans (Pro, Elite) are billed monthly via the payment provider you select (Card / UPI via Razorpay, PayPal, or Binance Pay).
• Subscriptions activate when payment is confirmed and remain active until the end of the paid period.
• Subscriptions do not auto-renew through our system; you must manually start a new period when one ends.
• Failed payments will keep your account on the Free tier until a successful payment is recorded.

7. Acceptable Use

You may not (a) scrape or resell our data, (b) reverse-engineer the service, (c) abuse rate limits, (d) attempt to access another user's account, or (e) use the service for unlawful activity.

8. Third-Party Services

The service integrates with third-party providers (CoinGecko, Telegram, payment processors, email infrastructure). We are not responsible for their availability or actions.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

The service is provided "AS IS" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, accurate, or error-free.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, CryptoX shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or trading losses arising from your use of the service. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 3 months preceding the claim.

11. Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms. You may delete your account at any time from Settings.

12. Changes

We may update these Terms; material changes will be announced in-app. Continued use after changes means acceptance.
