Refund Policy

Overview
CryptoX subscriptions are billed one month at a time and provide immediate access to digital services and AI-generated content. As a digital service we operate a conservative, case-by-case refund policy.
7-day satisfaction window
If this is your first paid subscription and you have used Pro/Elite features only minimally (e.g., fewer than 10 AI signal generations, fewer than 5 alert deliveries), you may request a full refund within 7 days of the original payment.
Duplicate or failed charges
Duplicate charges, charges where the subscription was never activated, or any charge resulting from a technical error on our side will be refunded in full.
Mid-period cancellation
You can stop using the service at any time. We do not issue pro-rated refunds for the unused portion of the current billing period. Your access remains until the end of the paid period; afterwards your account reverts to the Free tier.
Crypto payments
Crypto payments via Binance Pay or NOWPayments are non-reversible by the payment processor. Approved refunds are returned in the same cryptocurrency and network you paid with, minus network fees. Exchange-rate fluctuation between payment and refund is borne by you.
Chargebacks
Please contact us before filing a chargeback. Unjustified chargebacks may result in account suspension.
How to request a refund
Email billing@cryptox.app from the email on your account with:
- Payment provider and order/transaction ID
- Date of charge and amount
- Reason for refund
We respond within 5 business days. Approved refunds are issued through the original payment method and typically settle within 5-10 business days (longer for crypto/cross-border).
Statutory rights
Nothing in this policy limits statutory consumer rights that apply in your jurisdiction.
